Weekend Away Packing List

This is the packing list I used for a weekend away with my daughter Amy. We went to London for the weekend in August 2022 for 2 days and 1 night and travelled down by train. Our reason for a cheeky weekend in London was to see Coldplay and do a spot of sightseeing.

In true summertime English spirit, the weather was changeable. Layers and flat comfortable shoes were a must. I always take a spare change of clothing in case anything gets damp. I also take security very seriously. Having minimal items in pockets, but safe in a cross body bag. And using a sturdy suitcase or holdall that does up is important too, so you’re not leaving your items on display and vulnerable.
